Likely Never Polished, Original Finish Patek Philippe Calatrava, Ref. 2586, with tarnish from years of being untouched and an archive paper dating the watch to 1956. 18k yellow gold case 34,5mm. with convex bezel, snap-on case back. Original cream dial, applied gold faceted baton indexes, center seconds, pearled outer minute track. Powered by the caliber 27 SC manual winding movement, 18 jewels. Case, dial and movement signed, fitted on an 18k yellow gold bracelet and clasp, bracelet length approx. 165 mm. Some might think the discoloration on this watches bezel is a sign of damage, but many vintage collectors know better. Tarnish is easily cleaned off, but is a fantastic indicator that the watch base been unpolished and unmolested over the past decades. This is truly a special vintage Patek Philippe watch.
